Sylvie Jones - Sex Diary
As most of my regular
visitors will be aware, my favourite artist is a young lady called Sylvie Jones.
Sylvie has just published
her sex diary for 2001. It is full of wonderful watercolours including the ones
she produced for the site (which you can see reproduced in the erotic art
section of this site)

Sylvie has emerged as a
unique erotic artist, with works in several major erotic collections. The EPS
(Erotic Print Society) invites you to access an important body of her work to
date.
In Sylvie Jones Sex Diary
she records the ups and downs of one of the more bizarre jobs in the burgeoning
British sex industry - that of a freelance erotic artist and author, writing
with wit, charm and candour about the clients, the models and of course... the
sex.

There are more than 200
drawings and paintings - the book is alive with rich and vibrant colour - some
are provocative, with a nod to contemporary hard-core pornography, some are
sophisticated, saucy satires on famous paintings by famous artists and some are
just illustrative of Sylvie's carefree, slightly bohemian life, recorded in the
most delightfully louche style and with the deftest of touches.

In the book you will find a
fabulous range of sexual activity from seemingly explicit to charmingly erotic.
From Sylvie's raunchy cover art for the Erotic
Review and other illustrative
commissions to works that have never been published before.

You will find the original
series Seven Deadly Sins in Paris
which was my first introduction to Sylvie's work, the limited edition of these
prints are now long sold out, and can only now be seen reproduced in this book.
You will also find the
designs for a very naughty pack of playing cards - A
wicked Pack
